Boiler Plates Overview

1. Description:
Boiler plates are specially designed steel plates used in the fabrication of boilers, pressure vessels, and heat exchangers. These plates are engineered to withstand high pressure, temperature, and corrosive conditions, ensuring safety and durability in thermal and power generation systems.

2. Common Grades of Boiler Plates:

• Carbon Steel Grades: ASTM A516 Grade 60 / 65 / 70

• Alloy Steel Grades: ASTM A387 Grade 11 / 12 / 22 / 5

• Pressure Vessel Steel: EN 10028 P265GH / P295GH / P355GH

3. Material Composition (Typical for A516 Gr.70):
